CONSULTANCY OPPORTUNITY – FILING SYSTEM EXPERT
The Department of Finance and Treasury (DoFT) is seeking a qualified Filing System Expert to design and implement a new filing system and train staff in best practices for records management.
Scope of Work includes:
- Assessing current filing practices.
- Designing and implementing a systematic filing structure (physical, digital, or hybrid).
- Developing a Filing System Manual with standards and procedures.
- Training staff on document categorization, retrieval, archiving, and confidentiality.
Contract Duration: 2 months.
Qualifications:
- Degree in archival science, information management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in filing system design and implementation.
- Proven expertise in staff training and capacity building.
- Familiarity with records management software and data security.

CONSULTANCY OPPORTUNITY – RISK MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
The Department of Finance and Treasury (DoFT) is seeking a qualified Risk Management Specialist to develop a Risk Management Plan for the Department that will strengthen financial governance and resilience across government.
Scope of Work includes:
- Review policies and audits
- Identify and assess risks (financial, ICT, operational, disaster, legal)
- Develop risk register & mitigation strategies
- Draft and finalize Risk Management Plan (aligned with ISO 31000 & PFEM Regulations)
Contract Duration: 2 months.
Qualifications:
- Five years in risk management / internal controls
- Experience with government / public finance
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 framework
- Strong analytical & report writing skills
