The Administration Front Office Functions:

Administrative Officer: - Ensure that the Director and Staff's appointments are recorded and advise them accordingly. - Ensure proper entry registration and filing of correspondences, Answering telephone, sending faxes and registering incoming mails, outgoing mails, incoming Virement forms and incoming Budget Release as Prepare Department Budget and commit the LPO's. - Arrange all bookings for Director and staffs travelling itinerary and accommodation submit applications to the Department of Finance for payments of associated for travelling costs. - Arrange and provide refreshments during staff meeting and MBC Meetings. - Take stock take of the office stationery and office assets. - Responsible for related regional meeting's for visiting programs. - Perform other duties required by the Director.

Driver: - Driving and deliver all outgoing mail. - Responsible for cleaning and general maintenance of the car and its servicing - Assist in photocopy - Perform other duties requested by the Director, Administrative Officer and Senior Staffs

Cleaner: - Responsible for keeping the office environment neat and clean. - Responsible for Tea & Coffee in the office and during Meetings. - Perform other duties requested by the Director, Administrative Officer and Senior Staffs.
